My Story
The support I gave others—but didn't have for myself
For over 20 years, I led design and strategic innovation teams at companies like Salesforce, GE, Capital One, and Accenture. I also founded a design studio. Throughout my career, I focused on creating the conditions for my teams to thrive — coaching and developing others, clearing roadblocks, and helping them reach their potential.
But I also experienced the flip side: the complexity and isolation of senior leadership. I didn't have anyone I could talk with freely at work about what was really going on. Leadership often felt lonely, performative, and overwhelming.
Finding my own coach changed everything.
Having someone who listened without judgment, who helped me process my experience and reactions, who challenged my perspective and helped me see new possibilities — it transformed how I showed up. I gained clarity on what mattered to me, identified what was getting in my way, and learned to act with agency and intention rather than letting my fears drive my behavior.
That experience is why I became a coach.
Why This Work Matters
Too many leaders operate in reactive mode, driven by stress and "shoulds" rather than intention and authenticity. They let their emotions and fears drive their behaviors, and as leaders, their behaviors affect everyone around them.
When leaders get out of their own way and show up more intentionally, it doesn't just improve their experience — it ripples through their organizations and improves culture for everyone.
My Approach
I create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down and focus on what really matters. This isn't therapy—we're not focused on healing from the past. And I won't give you advice or solve your problems for you.
Instead, I help you discover your own answers through:
Deep listening to what you're really saying—and what you're not saying
Powerful questions that challenge assumptions and shift perspective
Pattern recognition to help you see where you're getting in your own way
Intentional experiments to test new behaviors and learn from them
Systems thinking to understand yourself as a whole person operating within larger organizational systems
The gaps between what you say and what's really going on, the stories you tell yourself that hold you back, the times you're operating against your core values—I help you see these patterns and design sustainable change.
