I'm an executive coach who partners with leaders to create space for what matters, so they can lead with more clarity, confidence, and impact.
For over 20 years, I led design and innovation teams at companies like Salesforce, GE, Capital One, and Accenture, and founded my own venture. The work I found most meaningful was coaching and developing the people on my teams — creating the conditions for them to thrive, clearing obstacles, and championing their growth.
But I rarely felt that same support for myself. I found myself navigating difficult decisions, managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations, and holding a lot for my team, often without a place to process my own experience.
Working with a coach gave me something I hadn't realized I was missing: someone who listened without judgment, helped me examine my reactions and patterns, and challenged me to see situations differently. It didn't solve everything, but it shifted how I showed up; with more clarity about what mattered to me, more awareness of what was getting in my way, and more intention in how I chose to respond rather than react.
I became a coach because I believe every leader deserves that partnership.

Today, I work with leaders and organizations in two ways.
Through one-on-one coaching, I partner with leaders navigating transitions, challenging dynamics, or questions about what's next. We create space to gain clarity, identify what's in the way, and lead with more intention.
I also work with organizations on design leadership advisory, UX strategy and consulting, and team effectiveness. I help companies build design capabilities, develop leaders, and scale teams that deliver impact.
Why This Work Matters
Leadership is hard enough without fighting yourself at the same time.
Too many capable leaders get stuck; not because they lack skills or experience, but because they're operating on autopilot, driven by what they think they "should" do rather than what actually aligns with who they are and what they want to create.
