How We Work Together

I partner with leaders through one-on-one coaching.

Together, we create space to:

This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about creating the conditions for you to find what's true for you, let go of what's not serving you, and lead in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

I bring a designer's mind to this work — looking at how things connect and what's actually driving them, not just what's presenting on the surface. In coaching, that means we're rarely working on the problem you walked in with. We're working on what's underneath it.

Structure: Bi-weekly, 60 minutes via video or phone, with access to me between sessions via email or text. We begin by setting goals together and return to them regularly. In each session, you set the agenda. I ask questions and share observations that open up new ways of seeing what's happening, and together we identify what you want to take forward.

Investment

Most partnerships start with six months, meeting bi-weekly. For leaders at a specific inflection point — a new role, a targeted challenge, a near-term transition — a focused three-month engagement could be a good fit. Custom arrangements, including ongoing retainers, are available depending on your needs.

I work with both individual leaders investing in their own development and leaders whose coaching is sponsored by their organization. Investment varies depending on the engagement and context. We'll discuss what makes sense for your situation during our consultation.
