How We Work Together
I partner with leaders through one-on-one executive coaching, typically meeting bi-weekly for 3-6 months or longer, depending on what you're navigating.
Together, we create space to:
→ Gain clarity on what truly matters to you, not what you think you "should" focus on
→ Identify what's in the way — the patterns, stories, and assumptions that keep you stuck
→ Design intentional experiments — small shifts in how you show up that create sustainable
change
This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about creating the conditions for you to find what's true for you, shift what's not serving you, and lead in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
Structure: Bi-weekly, typically for 3-6 months to start. Each session is 60 minutes via video call, and you'll have access to me between sessions via email or text.
The Process: We begin by setting goals together — what you want to achieve, shift, or explore. These provide direction while remaining flexible as your needs evolve, and we regularly return to these goals to track progress and adjust as needed.
In each session, you set the agenda based on what's most pressing for you. I ask powerful questions that help you examine your experience from different angles and open up new ways of seeing what's happening, and what's possible. Together, we identify what you want to take forward — an action to try or a question to explore — that moves you toward your goals.
Why This Works: The bi-weekly rhythm gives you space to experiment with new approaches and bring what you're learning back to our work. Sustainable change takes time, and this structure supports real shifts in how you lead.
